Worst airline I traveled on was Alitalia. Will never fly with them again. Horrible service on our 12 hour flight.
Lost booking information, tried to bump us from our flight, said we were not on the connecting flight from Ukraine and therefore couldn’t get on the next plane. We were standing at the desk in Italy at this point, how can they say we weren’t on the first flight, wouldn’t that mean that we were still in Ukraine, not standing there before them in Italy? Ridiculous.
if you’re in the U.S. .. Stay away from United airlines and U.S. Air … I worked at an airport .. and most lost luggage complaints came from those 2 airlines.
WORST IS china eastern
i travelled with my mum and brother on china eastern to go on international flight canada-india
from canada we went to shanghai in shanghai our stay was only supposed to be 2 hours but they made it for 5 hours and we had to sit in the airport
on the way back at delhi there was no stay but the plane got delayed and we had to stay in delhi for 13 hours
after we make it finally to shanghai stay was only supposed to be 4 hours but they again delayed it to almost 2 days fianlly after like week of torture we made it back home
I AM NEVER TAKING CHINA EASTERN AGAIN!!
best airline is cathay pacific, british airways, Qantas Airways, and singapore airlines
I found Emirates excellent – came off the plane with loads of free stuff, full of nice food and up to date with the latest films. I believe North Korea’s national airline is the world’s worst for both safety records and the planes they use – Soviet aircraft from the 70s.
I fly Alaska Airlines whenever possible.
Southwest is my last choice.
I won’t fly USAirways again. We took them to France and the staff in Paris were awful.
the worse is us airways
the seats are uncomfortable
the food they give you for freeze is a small package of nasty trail mix and the food they do offer is $8-$10 and it’s only meat sandwiches or chicken salad which sucks for vegeterians like myself
It depends a lot on personal experiences, but so far I found Singapore Airlines to be the best and U S Airways to be the worst.
