I live in downtown Chicago, off Michigan Ave in the Streeterville neighborhood
My license was issued in Florida. I am now at our Chicago residence. I live in the Streeterville area without a car so would prefer a nearby location.
Where can I obtain a photo ID that is accpetable for airline travel. I lost my driver’s license?

go to the DMV and get a new license
Walgreens Drugs can make photo ID’s along with passports.
Drivers License Bureau
100 W Randolph St
Chicago, IL 60601
(312) 793-1010
After the new info: Go to the DLB and get your Illinois license. If you live in that state now you should have already changed it.
Go to your local DMV and get an identification card. They take your picture and I think u need a birth certificate and something else. Or if you have a passport…
There’s only three types of photo ID that are acceptable.
Passport – which means submtting your application through the local post office from forms obtianed there.
US driver’s licence – which means going to your local DMV branch and applying for a new license (or at least an ID card). This will require you to provide your birth certificate and at least one other form of identification, as well as proof of residence (like a bill).
Military ID – which means something issued by the US military.
Yes, you should get a new license, or you could get a state I.d. card at the dmv. An I.d. card from walgreens is worthless. however , if you are flying very soon and do not have time to go get a new license, airlines will accept alternative I.d. See website below for list of what United Airlines will accept. You could Call your specific airline and ask what they will accept. Airlines deal with this problem All the time1 Losing your drivers license is a VERY common problem…we have all done it at one time or another!
